Which shipping options are available and what are the costs?
* $6.99 will be charged as shipping fee for orders under $29.99. Discount codes are not eligible for shipping fees.
* Free shipping for orders over $29.99.
*Available Countries: United States, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Czechia, Finland, Hungary, Lithuania, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Sweden, Denmark, Australia, South Africa, Canada, Greece, Switzerland, Norway, Mexico, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines, Chile, Colombia, Japan, Israel.
Shipping time:
* 6-17 working days(9-21 days) for most countries and districts (1-2 days to process the order and additional 9-21 days for shipping). For remote districts it may take longer time.
*During peak seasons (like Black Friday Day & Christmas) shipping can take an additional 4-5 working days.
Delivery timing is estimated from the time your order is placed. All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Items can only be shipped to one address per order. To ship to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each location.

How can I track my order status?
1. You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order.
2. To help you track the status of your shipment, we will send you an email with tracking number information after 3 to 5 business days. If you haven’t received it, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Can I modify my shipping address?
If you need to modify your shipping or delivery information after your order has been placed, please Contact Us as soon as possible. Shipping information, including delivery address, cannot be modified once the order has already been shipped.
Please note, shipping and delivery information for orders purchased through PayPal and Amazon Pay may not be modified once the order has been submitted.
Custom Duty
In consideration of our customers’ benefit, we are forced to ship your order by regular mail. Please understand, however, customs duty is out of our control. We can’t guarantee no tax fee and will not pay for any tax fee. All the fees possibly arising out of customs clearance are not covered under the Free Shipping provision.
* Note: Please use personal address as far as possible to prevent Custom Fees.
