How can I return a product I purchased online?

Returns or exchangers can be made by mail. 

To facilitate a seamless process and a timely refund, please follow the return instructions below:

1. Email us at to contacting a Client Advisor

2. We will then sent you the return address and instructions by email.

3. Once your return request has been approved, please pack the item(s) you wish to return in the original packaging.

4. Call the post office to arrange a pick up or or bring the package to the nearest post office.

5. Send us a proof of postage (receipt or tracking number) for immediate processing of return or exchange.

6. Once received in our warehouse, returns will be processed within approximately 7-10 business days and credited back to the original form of payment. You will receive an email confirmation when your return has been completed. Please note any shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.


What do I need to know before returning?

* Please do not send your return to the sender's address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return, you should only send it to the address we have provided for you.

* Please note return or exchange shipping fee and any original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

* The return or exchange request for online purchases is 14 days from the date of delivery.

* All returns must be received in their originally condition (undamaged).

* Returns without proof of postage will affect the process of your refund. Plese send us the proof of postage by email.


Can I modify or cancel my order?

If you want to modify your order or cancel it, please Contact us within 48hours after placing the order. We will deal with it once we receive your message. Please note orders that has been sent out cannot be modified or cancelled. 

What should I do if my ordered product is out of stock?

Genernally, our stickers which show on our site are in stock. If your ordered product is out of stock,  we will contact you by email immediately and reund will be credited back to the original form of your payment.

Our refund policy does Not include:

* Delivery if a customer enters an incomplete or incorrect delivery address.

* Delivery times - as these are fulfilled by a courier. We can only provide you with an estimated delivery date which is a good indication of when you should expect your order, but not a guarantee. If your order is time sensitive, we advise you to contact first before making your order. 

* A delivery that is refused by the recipient or if multiple delivery attempts are made unsuccessfully.

* Delays or damages in transit.
